Return Policy

GOAL

Our Return Policy is aimed at keeping you and the rest of our customers happy while also keeping our business and brands growing. We try to be fair. We hope you too.

QUALITY STANDARDS

All items are checked before shipping to ensure its quality matches the quality standard set for the item's particular category.
That being said, sometimes items not up to the brands' standards slip pass our quality controls.

ITEM RETURN CLAIMS

We will accept item-return  claims only within 15 calendar days of delivery. Please make sure you check your NUSA or DEBALI item as soon as possible.
If you find something is not right, get in touch with us right away. 

After getting in touch with us with an item-return claim, we will get in touch back and from then on we will allow a period of 5 working days for you to ship the item to be returned.
If after that period of 5 working days you have not yet returned or posted the item, we will assume you decided to keep it and we will cancel all return procedures.

WHEN SHIPPING COSTS ARE BORNE BY US

We will re-send you the item ordered at no extra cost for you after you have returned or sent us back the original item received by you (our customer) because the item:

- is not the item you ordered.
- it was broken, stained or soiled when you received it.

If the item is not in stock anymore, you will have the choice of a different item of the same price (subject to availability), or a different item of a different price.
If the item chosen to replace the original one is of a lower price, we will credit you with the balance for future purchases or we will refund you the balance. Up to you.
If the item chosen to replace the original one is of a higher price, we will charge you the difference. Not up to you, sorry.

In this case, the cost of shipping of returning the original item will be borne by us.

WHEN SHIPPING COSTS ARE BORNE BY YOU

We will re-send you the item ordered at your own shipping costs of return and re-send after you have returned or sent us back the original item because the item:

- didn't fit you. 
- you changed your mind about it.

In these cases, we will send you the same item but of a different size or we will send you a different item.
If the desired item is not in stock anymore, you will have the choice of choosing an item of the same, lower or higher price following the policy described just above.

OTHER UNEXPECTED SHIPPING COSTS
 
Sometimes parcels are delivered to the wrong address.
WE WILL BEAR THE COSTS OF EXTRA SHIPPING, when there was a fault from our part when addressing the parcel.
YOU WILL BEAR THE COSTS OF EXTRA SHIPPING, when there was a fault from your part when giving us information about your address.

We hope this return policy will make all of us happy. We may change it and update it as different instances and situations arise in this ever-changing world.
